Stocks for Tots fundraiser
Each year thousands of people visit Mooresville for our annual event, where they get to see many of their favorite NASCAR & NHRA drivers / celebrities, as well as their show cars on display and even a visit from Santa himself.
(12-8-08)Stocks For Tots was created as a way to bring together stock car racing and its fans, while raising awareness of the child abuse problem in North Carolina. The idea was to collect toys and raise money during a festive, family-oriented holiday event. It has expanded to all motorsports including several drag racers.
The first fundraiser was held at the Mooresville Armory in December 1989. Since then, the annual event has raised over $850,000 and distributed nearly 50,000 Christmas toys to children in our area. The event will kick off at The Pit Tuesday morning at 10 am with Wristband Distibution and Go Kart Racing!:

WHEN: Tuesday Dec. 9 from 5:30-10 pm
Then Lunch Will Happen At The Panera Bread In Mooresville!!
Then at 5 pm Head To The Charles Mack Citizens Center in Downtown Moors. and bring a New Unwrapped Toy or Make a Cash Donation.. The first 103 will recieive Chic-Fil-A Gift Cards!! CHECK IT OUT!!
Wilson Motorsports will be there with the Super Comp dragster on display so stop by and see us and get a autographed photo.
Tisha Wilson is the 48th female to win a national event on the NHRA circuit.
