Pro Outlaw Doorslammers to crown new points champion
The Booth Trucking Racing team will don the P.O.D #1 in the window of their well respected ProCars 1995 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme for the 2009 season.
After a great season of bringing "the Show" to a variety of tracks up and down the eastcoast which consisted of Kinston Dragway, Sumerduck Dragway, Virginia Motorsports Park, Richmond Dragway, Roxboro Dragway, and Maryland International Raceway. The Pro Outlaw Doorslammers have a new points champion to crown.
The Booth Trucking Racing team will don the P.O.D #1 in the window of their well respected ProCars 1995 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme for the 2009 season. As with any champion this team overcame the odds with great determination from their team, starting with their persistant driver, Matt Suite -aka- "the Sniper". A nickname well earned from his aggressive competitive nature and awesome reaction times.
"We showed that anything can happen in this racing game, but you gotta show up, race, and go rounds to win a championship" said team owner Tim Booth.
The Charlie Buck powered Olds had many semi round appearances along with some final rounds to add to their win at Sumerduck Dragway.
This points battle was close throughout the season with runner up finisher in the points, Kevin Fortney in his Buck powered Monte Carlo, and Charles Kelly in his Buck powered Chevy S-10 who respectfully finished in the #3 spot.
The Booth Trucking team thanks Buck Racing Engines, ProCars, and Rogers Automotive for their support and plan to defend their Pro Outlaw Doorslammer championship with the same endurance they showed this season.
