Lethal Threat Racing Heading into Dragstock IX

(8-6-2012) Charlotte, NC - The Lethal Threat race team is preparing for ADRL’s first visit to the ZMax Dragway. Improved performance has this team coming into ADRL’s seventh race of 2012 season with confidence.
Todd Martin driving the teams ’68 Mustang is coming off a semi-final finish at the last ADRL event in Martin, MI. Todd won the first round with a holeshot victory over Frankie Taylor. Second round win came with a career best elapsed time of 3.68 @ 204 mph over Dan Millen. After battling small gremlins this season, Todd is looking to continue to be a late round threat for the remaining four ADRL races.
The teams second driver and lead tuner Brandon Pesz has been running strong in the 1958 Corvette at the last few ADRL events. He is coming off a #2 qualifying spot in Martin, MI with a 3.66 @ 207.99 mph. After a winning effort in round one Brandon had a major explosion and could not return to eliminations. With the problem fixed, look for the Vette to go deeper into eliminations.
Martin and Pesz are excited to be racing at the premier facility. ZMax Dragway is one of the most popular tracks with the fans. Please stop by and visit with the race team or you can watch the live feed off the www.adrl.us website or join us on Facebook.
